Women’s Capital Area Networking (WeCAN) a 501c(6) is a group for Business Women in and around the Harrisburg Area. We have been providing opportunities for over 15 years and continue to evolve and embrace women in business.

Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 11:30-1:30pm at the West Shore Country Club.  RSVP is required.

Our Mission 

Women’s Capital Area Networking is a premier organization for female executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Through education, peer learning, and relationship building we build business growth as well as personal and professional development. We strive to change the culture of business from the inside out - by investing in women.

Women’s Capital Area Networking members agree to abide by the following guiding principles:

Integrity: Conduct business in a legal and ethical manner based on honesty, truthfulness and fairness.
Performance: Possess the appropriate licenses, technical skills and proven professional ability to provide the appropriate level of service to clients/customers.

Accountability: Accept responsibility for their behavior, including responding promptly to co-members and their referred clients.

Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of co-members and their referred clients, including information that may be considered proprietary or confidential, whether or not it is so marked or regardless of the form of the information.

Respect: Treat one another respectfully in all our communications, written and verbal, avoiding any action that may discredit Women’s Capital Area Networking, co-members or their clients.
